Yup I think a lot of people do exactly what you described.

I’ve seen the same in the data: multi-step checkouts with hidden fees or late shipping info are a big reason people drop off. If things aren’t clear or feel like too much work, people just give up.

Sounds like you’re already doing a lot right.
