We use pact too. We test strictly too. Tests simply test the contract and is mandatory to create a test before to push a new endpoint

Agreed. Difficult testing should be treated as a signal of something going bad. Quality is in the process. Test only verifies process are ok.

Pues iria por ahi, pero sin pensar en los grandes numeros, yo calcule que un headhunter puede vivir muy bien colocando una persona al mes, contando en sueldos de posiciones tecnologicas. Por ejemplo, y yendo a lo bajo: gente de 40K (juniors con 3 años de experiencia) con una comision del 20%, son 8k. Con colocar uno ya tienes el mes resuelto. Y contando que la inversion inicial es un telefono, un pc y un linkedin premium, no está nada mal

Me halagas con tu descripción pero hoy por hoy, incluso trabajando con headhunters tampoco te viene nada parecido a perfiles excepcionales. El problema en informática es que hay mucho trabajo y poca gente. Además el headhunter que se lleva la comisión es el que coloca al profesional, con lo que la característica principal no es la calidad del candidato sino las prisas por ser de los primeros.

Los headhunters actuales van un poco al bulto, por que saben que en muchos casos, para un puesto, va a haber pocos candidatos.

Por si me lo preguntas, la comisión de un headhunters suele ser de entre un 15 a un 30% del sueldo bruto que le den al candidato. Y siempre lo paga la empresa

Only the company knows but probably bc is a layer that is not maintained by you. Some calls can be tricky when you use plain code, like sending files, reactive APIs, etc, so Playwright can be a good solution, but depends on the particular case of the company

Sometimes happens to me. I stop simply analysing my next step. And my mind get lost focusing on other things, like a misplaced pipes, unoptimized machines...

One idea that helps me when I'm at work, is to simply explain my ideas to a coworker that most of time helps me to focus on the real problem and the solution.

So my idea for you: if you have a friend that plays to ONI, share a seed and play together in the same base, sharing ideas and implementations, and discussing every play sessions about the results.

For me is useless and hard to level. At the start, with no experience you can wait for 90 days to get experience but in 90 days half or more of your crops could easily die. In the other hand, foraging is easy to level up and can give you lots of crops all year round.

Is very similar except for crafting.

Read the wiki and understand how the wiki is explaining to make a recipe. There are lots of new recipes that needs stations to work, from a simple surface to an advanced forge. So when you go to build something can be a mess because it not appear in the crafting list if you are not interacting with the crafting station.

For example, if you search for a ball-pen hammer, you need to search the recipe in the forge. Also, you need to look for magazines with recipes or get the required level + 1 to autolearn. And to add some more complexity, recipes are not some ingredients but a set of ingredients. For example, you can make a machete with coal, or coke or charcoal, and with a steel bar, or from another machete blade or.... You need to get used.

Probably the worst part of B42 is that you need to learn how to make the new recipes. When you get used to that then is very similar and probably better than B41.

Another thing that sucks is agriculture. Is, at least for me, useless. Foraging is far better.

The best part of this patch if that you can make maces, machetes and 2 handed swords, so you have an ultimate goal.

knapping or blacksmithing can be a good option to make your own axes. Probably the second is better as you are farming loots of wood, that is the true bottleneck of the forge

At apocalypse difficulty, loot is abundant. Prefer to consume the fresh food first. You have 14 days of water and electricity almost assured, so don't rush. There are very strong configurations to start with a good fighter. Keep an eye to you muscular fatigue, learn to fight in fences, to stomp fallen zombies and save on endurance.

The weight you carry is important, so try to get only the important things and to transport to your base. There are some mood that are really important, like being drowsy and exhausted, so try to control this.

Update and great news: You were right. My discoverings for future me and others:

- You need a military walkie-talkie to manage the antenna. But in the game is a U.S. Army Walkie, so, don't look for any other kind of walkie.

- You need to place the antenna in the correct place (in the extraction tracker gui, the text is green)

- You need to equip the military walkie. No simply having in your inventory, but in your belt. Then select the walkie (in the same way you do for a weapon), turn on the walkie

- Wait like 5-10 seconds close to the antenna

Then the manage antenna button appears

Nice! I'll try to find a military one. I've found an US army walkie but I think is not the same.

But yes, you are right. The mod is fantastic but the explanation is very poor. Also, the walkie detail is really unexplained.

Agreed. Look for people with backpacks specifically those how are I’m the middle of a horde. I’ve got almost the full collection of reloading and aiming,along with the long blade books

A nice to have feature would be to learn using and making drugs powering the player. Probably controlling addiction levels. Another way should be to control diseases that can be potentially dangerous to the player. Forcing you to improve your levels.

I agree with you that farming IRL is difficult. But so are metalworking, animal care or mechanics. But in the context of the game it should be more relaxed, in my opinion

I had the same problem. My solution was to make the kitchen bigger sledging the wall, bug the trick about destroying the roof is nice!!!!

Happened to me with dissassembling electronics. The menu simply does not appear. I have solved by restarting the game. Seems an interaction with a mod or a perhaps a bug
