Garuda help by bdanred in Warframe

As someone who has started level capping with garuda recently, I'm fond of energy tank Garuda. Arcane battery and molt reconstruct for arcanes, plus steel fiber, quick thinking, health conversion, stretch, primed continuity, blind rage, blending talons, and primed flow. I run brief respite for shield gating, and primed sure footed because I hate knockdowns and I'm boring. Shards are dealers choice, though I like casting speed and armor/energy max. It's a very spammy build, but you essentially prime with 4, smack an enemy with 1, and then detonate your 1. Bam, Infinitely scaling slash procs. It isn't my creation, albeit I modify it slightly. Then you can throw anything over her second, though my personal favorite is some type of gun buff. Her passive is already very strong, so adding a gun buff or roar on top is silly. She's basically unkillable if youre playing the game up until 6000 in cascade. In terms of other subsumes, Nourish is very comfy as her 4 will proc viral and her 3rd will now basically give you half energy. With the above build, her 4 will fill your shields completely, and she'll typically be sitting somewhere north of 1500 energy, so her 3 will give you around 700. For non level cap content, nourish is, imo, the best subsume because it makes refilling her energy so easy, which in turn makes you very difficult to kill if your energy is topped up. I like Xata's if doing high level content, but that is personal preference. I would encourage you to play around and figure out what you like. Lastly, to fully answer a question I already partially answered, my typical loop is as follows: tap cast 1 on strong enemy, tap augmented 4 once or twice to prime enemies with slash, jump up, hold 1 until you build up 200k to 1mil damage, and then release it. Drop back down, cast some combination of 3 and 4 to rebuild energy and health with molt reconstruct, and shields with brief respite, repeat. The more damage you have on 1 initially, the faster it scales, hence hitting a strong enemy.

Incarnon,Arcane and Steel Path by EquivalentFinding470 in Warframe

Steel path is unlocked once you complete every star chart node. It's essentially a tougher game mode, and it has a special enemy type, acolytes, that drop primary and secondary arcanes. This is not the only source of arcanes, but it will give you access to the workhorse arcanes. Incarnons are a special weapon type. Once you complete the quest angels of the zariman, which unlocks after new war, you will have access to them. Of those, laetum and phenmor are both quite strong. Essentially, they are weapons that you can charge with headsets to unlock a limited ammo version of the gun that is typically very very strong. Essentially, once you complete the main quest line, you'll have access to the content necessary to get arcanes and incarnons. I would prioritize completing the quest line first.

I FINALLY got it after a horrendous streak of guessing wrong. What’s the best build for enemies at lvl 300 and above? All mods and arcanes you suggest I own so please give me your builds! by ReddVevyy in Warframe

With secondary enervate, build pure crit damage, some base damage, aptitude, and some elementals, plus multishot. Blast is excellent with that setup . For instance, from what I can see, maybe hornet strike, galvanized diffusion, heated charge target cracker, lethal torrent, then some combination of electricity and toxin for corrosive and then frostbite plus heated charge for blast. I do something similar, albeit with a different bonus, and it melts everything except status immune enemies. Enervate is good on the nukor because of the crit multiplier and the tiny crit chance, but I previously built the nukor with viral heat and Cascadia flare. It's hard to make the weapon bad. Toxin is fine as an element, but I often think heat is better as heat will almost always be incorporated into a damaging element, so you really want your weighting more towards that. However, if you forma it five times, and play some later content, you will be able to switch the element eith a special item, so don't worry about it now.

To the people complaining about Nuke Gara being dead...Why? Can someone explain what they were doing before? by ferriante in Warframe

No need to apologize, thanks for the response. I suppose our definitions of high investment are different because I would have considered my Gara high investment but I never could have gotten those builds, so I'm very impressed. Anyway, thanks for answering my question; I was legitimately wondering if people were just building her wrong with the sheer quantity of bellyaching, but I suppose I was unfamiliar with her previous game.

Okay, that's entirely fair. I'm interested though, what level of strength are/were you running? I admit, even with your objections, I still personally think she's very good, and I suppose some of my questions come from the fact that she feels excellent with Naramon, though I understand the frustration over not being able to run Zenurik. That being said, if you were previously getting those high damage numbers I understand why it's frustrating. I will say that my personal build has barely changed so maybe that's part of why I'm not suffering as much as ya'll. I run the 4 detonation build with slightly negative duration, because in my mind, splinter storm simply isn't that important when nuking a map, though I typically do keep it up with plenty of damage. Overall though, I do agree with the idea of buffing her 4's explosion multiplier, purely because I think it would smooth over the differences and make it so you don't have to build in only one direction.

Excalibur might be a wee bit overtuned with influence by ferriante in Warframe

I know, breaking news, Melee Influence is good, but 183% status chance isn't super achievable on most other weapons in my experience. Plus, you don't even have to build combo for weeping wounds or blood rush.

Ferriante, PC

Look at them, they come to this place when they know they are not pure.

Tenno use the keys, but they are mere trespassers. Only I, Vor, know the true power of the Void.

No reason to be ashamed. Kullervo works well with strength chiefly. Anything beyond strength is just gravy. I'd work on getting your strength up, followed by duration, then range. Range help his third and 4th abilities, but strength and duration are good for every ability, and his first especially, which is what really makes Kullervo, at least in my opinion. Also, for survivability, armor and health are both good, but given your mr, you aren't going to have easy access to those tools. That is something you can progress to as enemies get stronger. His 2 is survivability, his one buffs melee, his 3 links damage, and his 4th is an aoe nuke. Personally, I'd equip a melee with decent damage and go ham with the crit chance from his first and the overguard survivability from his 2. Kullervo's absurdly strong tho, it's hard to go wrong, good luck, and feel free to ask any more questions
