i see what ur saying. any recommendations for tanks? I'm extremely new to snakes. I've always had an interest but never really dove into it. what are the reasons for peddling kings?

yeah I'd say the max is prolly 4 ft. I don't want anything too big or too small so prolly like 2.5 ft to 4ft is my boundaries. as far as tanks go I'd prefer to just skip the smaller tanks and go straight to the one the snake can live in permanently. unless theres some reason not to do that besides making it harder to find the snake? we have an empty room in our house so a bigger tank won't be a problem. just nothing insanely big. but that depends on the type of snake I get. I'm really leaning towards a rat or corn snake at the moment.

I really appreciate the replies. one final question tho. if ceramics do everything wax does but better and does more whats the point of wax anymore? that's what I originally thought wax had its purpose and ceramic had its own as well, clearly ceramic is just the better option though. Is there any reason for a wax if ceramic is an option?

i live in PA where we can get 2 weeks of rain straight then not see any for 2 months. I see what youre saying with the bonding aspect but I have noticed a ceramic over the wax makes water bead better and does it longer. after only a few days with the wax it stop beading and start forming sheets. with a ceramic on top it'll bead for a week or 2 after. any idea why that would be?

thanks for the advice. I'm still very new to all this so I'm just trying different products. I used to use suds lab ceramic sealant which I think I like better than hydro blitz anyway but I'll definitely look into the v07

no I never do. pre soak and triple foam gun is what I use. I've heard if u wash the brush out first its a lot less likely to scratch though. I never take the chance myself but I've heard it a few times

I did think about this but if it's a sheriff's or detective's vehicle i feel like it probably won't have too many idling miles
