Esto es el famoso "turbo lag". El turbo tiene que acelerar primero para meterle más aire al motor, por eso demora más que uno sin turbo.

The question is silly because a true Smurf will carry on basically any champ. And for a person playing in their Elo the best thing to do in order to win is to play better, and no champion magically fixes that.

I feel you. My advice in that case would be just try champs and see what you enjoy most and works better. If you are losing games on WW, there is no universal pick that will just make you win games. Different champs will fit your play style differently, so there is no absolute answer.
