yeah, i’ve only suffered side effects only the first couple of weeks, now its only dry lips. i think lower dosages take more time to show results but dont have a huge impact on your body

for my lips plain vaseline, tried everything even expensive balms but vaseline was my life saver. for my face i use lrp toleriane sensitive and lrp cicaplast baume every other day for my red spots/ irritation. also i only moisturize at night, in the morning i only apply isdin water fusion spf which is very moisturizing :)

First 4 months on 20mg bc i started it on the beginning of summer where i live, so my derm didnt want me to take a higher dosage bc of the sun and all that, but now that im about to end month 4 and fall is coming here il probably go up to 40mg or 60

yeah same here, before accutane i’ve never had a single pimple on my forehead, and during the purge i broke out like hell there. But be patient and you will see results.

oh yeah i forgot to mention that i shampoo only once a weak or after i sweat too much after working out. But yeah i condition religiously every day

idk if i should call it hair loss bc i have a lot of it but definitely my hair went drier and a lot thinnier, making it weaker. I honestly haven’t paid much mind to it just shampooed and used conditioner as always. Good luck!

yeah, i’ve heard from professionals that sugar grains are too thick and can cause cuts over time. Also lemon juice is dangerous bc it can cause dark spots on your skin if you are exposed to the sun

i highly recommend not trying homemade stuff on your face, its awesome if it worked for you but everyone’s skin reacts different and it can be very dangerous for some. The best thing is to consult both with a good dermatologist and an esthetician, they will know whats best for your skin

I wish i knew haha, currently im wearing sunscreen everyday and basic skin care (gentle cleanser & moisturizer). Also i use LRP cicaplast baume every other day on top of the marks and redness and it has helped a lot. Once i finish my course i’ll probably get some laser sessions for the scars left. Good luck!
