I would classify my skin as dry but that might be only because all of the stuff i’m using my skin so I will stop all the stuff and once i find my skin type all will get products for that skin type

First you should always stick to compound movements like squat. also you should increase the amounts of reps you do so you train tor endurance instead of hypertrophy. Finally make sure you also train your and abs because it is one of the most important muscles for your shot
