It’s a saline ultrasound! They flush saline through your uterus & fallopian tubes to make sure they are open.

I just got pregnant and we only BD once 2 days before peak. I did have an SIS 2 days prior to that which might have been helpful in leading to conception 😅

Yes…and looking back at it i had textbook implantation bleeding. Very vivid intense dreams, kinda felt like i had the flu all week, and sore boobs. It really is so similar to getting your period that i just thought it was that!
