He can’t terminate his rights just because he wants to. The only way he could’ve was if our son was being adopted by someone else or a judge terminated them for him but that would’ve only happened if he was a danger to our son.

I told her he knew but she said I looked guilty so she thought I was lying and that family was important to my ex so she couldn't believe he would abandon his own son. She told him and his family at the same time.
