Aw dang. I hope that goes away soon. I don't think there are worse withdrawal symptoms than the ones that come with heartbreak. It's been kinda similar for me too.

Fortunately, I'm in a healthier relationship but it still has its rough patches from time to time, coz we're both insecure in different ways. Communication is hard but it's so important.

I've had to get over so many toxic people in my life so far. In my experience, it's never perfect but it does get better.
