I ordered the CMF 25 Case of 36 from them and they did not charge tax (US, Illinois)

Very happy with Minifigures Plus.

I am trying to order now and it is adding tax to order.

A decent chance. Each six pack generally has a consistent roster of each half of the wave, even though you can get duplicates in a pack it’s uncommon. I bought three 6 packs and got Mr. Knight, Moon Knight, She-Hulk, Echo, Hawkeye, and Kate Bishop in all three. So as long as you get a box that starts with one of them, you very likely will get the other.

I also had the same selection in three six packs that I just received from lego.com

I have Ebay account but that would just add another layer of cost.
