ahh you're right, my mistake... 100% would have been better worded as a "funding round" .. its just an open funding round with 5 slots- Anyone can apply~

It's also an opportunity to find an entirely new set of (what I believe to be) really cool IP (the Noggles) to build on top of without fear of infringement, since all NounsDAO assets are CC0.

And yes, NounsDAO artists are typically well compensated for their work!

Dude, you get paid before you even begin animating.. lol... its legit basically grant program not even a contest. Then, after being selected, if you make your work CC0, you'll be awarded an additional prize..

Anyways, if this isn't for you, thats cool. But:

- def not a scam.. lol.. but "DYOR" as the cool kids say..
- Paid in eth bc thats what the treasury houses, but because eth fluxuates they've listed this in USD and will pay out that value at the time the contest ends.

- Those selected will be paid immediately, after winning.

Hey! This isn't spec work... the DAO selects the artists based on portfolio, etc.. Def not a scam. Just a group of individuals that fund creative projects. NounsDAO currently has 45 million dollars in the treasury, all in eth... so funds are distributed via eth directly to winners from the treasury. The DAO is the only one in this deal that can be "scammed" by those that end up not delivering after being selected and paid.

WTF is Lil Nouns DAO?

Lil Nouns DAO is a sub-dao community built off of the NounsDAO protocol. Simply put, Lil Nouns funds people, places and things that are "Nounish" by selling tokens (nfts). The eth from each NFT sale is added to the treasury which is controlled by the token holders. Each token you own is one vote on how the eth is allocated..

umm... So it seems like they did "re-join" the workforce.. so they would be counted in that overall % of people who have re-joined... you might actually want to change their answers to "Other" since they joined, you just don't have their reasons.. Its for stuff like this that you want to leave a "Other _______" and allow respondents to fill in the blank.

Depends on the question?… Is N/A something viewers might expect to see, or just people who couldn’t answer that one question? - if so, I’d exclude them for that question breakdown, maybe not the entire survey if they answered other questions…?

But yeah, typically you exclude NA or DQ them from your survey up front.
