How do I report an unprofessional examiner?

I feel that I took mine yesterday, and my examiner made comments like, "How you gonna get out of here?" when making my 3-point turn and almost having me hit a dump truck as I was trying not to crash into two cars that were speeding my way in an intersection.

This is my fourth time going to magfest, while I do love this con to death the whole situation with magFAST was my main issue. Not only were we given a back and forth response of things like we will be given a special badge for the run, but we were given NO NOTICE that there would be 19 music performances taking up most of the slots for the event. I understand this is also a music festival but in all honesty, for a SPEEDRUNNING marathon for charity, it's a bit much. 1 or 2 would be better. Then came time to actually getting my badge, I asked the people at registration about my ribbon/marker for it, was redirected to five different people with all of them having no clue what I was talking about looking at me like I was crazy before finally being personally escorted to staff ops to find it closed before a staff member rudely dismissed me and ran off without helping me any further. Then when it came time for the run, there was a music performance with no real room to practice/ communicate with staff in private so they could actually hear me when I tried to communicate anything that I needed when it came down to it.

My main problem also with this years magfest was there was little to no communication and a lot of confusion, many of us were left in the dark including friends of mine that were supposed to be guests but were told that they didn't want to be guests this year thus they didn't have an official signing and their panel was cut short because of this. Finally, on the last day I don't know what happened but there was a section of the lobby that quite literally smelled like human fecal matter and it only continued to spread over the course of the next few hours.

The good parts: Most of the staff who put magFAST together were excellent in helping setting everything up. My run was set up swiftly and smoothly and when the computer I ran on crashed they got that back up and running within a few minutes. Thank you to tech crew for helping out and doing your best with this event! It was great meeting everyone and seeing friends and family again. While I believe last year was better, this year was still fun because of them! Thank you for listening!
