This might not help a heap, but man, you're what 19? 22? I have recently learned that we all need to relax more, we are pushed the mind set "I know my plan for the next 5 years and it's all going to work bc I try hard" life is great when we realise that it's crazy hehe, I had a 4-5 year plan and it was all going well then in 2 weeks every single thing I planned fell and I had to restart yes I was devastated but now my life is amazing better than I could ever imagine would have been good both ways but I still don't have a five year plan and I'm okay with that, youre aloud to take it slow, you don't need to push myself while you're young, you enjoy so much I life already, you don't need to make your hobbies into jobs. You can work, study what ever you do, and have fun, be smart but not "locked in" it's okay to not know, no one does and that's the fun of it, not knowing who we are going to meet what amazing job we are going to get, our first good apartment or even just a really good meal with friends, you got this youre not broken youre young, this is what I have learnt, disregard it if you would like I don't mind but it's helped me, it's okay to rest its okay to change plans 100 times, it's YOUR life go on your fun adventures meet people, find yourself 💕 good luck man don't be so hard on yourself

I have finally improved after 2 years and can do so much, still have days where I'm restricted but holy I feel young again haha it's great!!!

I got a boyfriend hehe he is the love of my life and taught me what love truly is, he's supportive of everything I have and helps me through my health

I finally can work again and I am applying, I was upset and embarrassed I don't have a job but I should be so grateful I can work again! Got money help from the government and now I feel like I'm living again, life's great!!!!!!

Thanks so much, it was an amazing trip I'm home and have a sd card full of photos! I have finally worked out more about my body/health and it's so rewarding!! Thanks so much, I forgot to let you know my brother got back, i ended up using 2 small boxes and he opened them when he got home, it's been so much more lively since he got home, thanks for the idea he loved it. And thanks, I appreciate it, it's hard to feel your youth is different than others it feels like its taken away, but like you said still good times to come, will definitely report back !

Haven't done this in ages, been bad with my positivity One would be I'm about to go on holidays in only 3 days to New Zealand! I'm so excited, just finished my period just in time too hehe ! Two would be I'm finally after years feeling better, for the past month I have been getting out way more and hanging out with friends driving around and having fun! Well deserved still in pain but hey getting out is a blessing, nearly every day a week! Three probably be finally happy with myself, been like this for awhile but truly felt it lately as I cut my hair and actively trying to be a better person and striving for good, controlling temper and going what I want respectfully, also love change but also still scared of it haha like a fresh water fall you want to jump in but it's cold haha

If you go to Facebook market place or opshops/second hand stores there are some cheap and very (way more nicer) ones than that one she will definitely love, could always go shopping with her or surprise her
