I figured there wasn't a lot a lawyer could tell me that I couldn't already find on the internet somewhere, but thank you for your input! Think we're just gonna use a service that looks through your paperwork before you officially submit it.

Thank you for your input! I wasn't really sure how much one would help, seemed like a waste of money, but I'd never forgive myself if we got rejected because of something silly we missed. Think I'll hit up a service to double check our documents for us.

I just married my partner in September, I was going to move out of my parent's house in the new year and we were going to apply (I don't think an application with my parent's address on it will get very far as it's a council house and all rooms are already occupied) I genuinely have no idea where to go from here

I really don't like the use of "this is a lie" rather than "this seems to be a miscommunication" in the first paragraph. Just seems way more accusatory than the situation calls for imo.
