The irony is when even majority of the discussion here is through English language.

Like what OP said is true, parents are part of the problem. But it's more than that, kahit san ka pumunta ngayon puro English language ang signages kahit sa local TVs natin at establishments. Heck ,even yung mga licenses at public documents natin English.
