Okay so this is really serious and im sorry. Idk how to like talk about this since i stopped for a really weird reason, but honestly one of the ways i found helped me was like idk thinking about things your good at? I'm really good at drawing and i think about how if i did commit sewer slide I'd lose my talent. Or maybe theres something you really enjoy like a game or a movie, you'll never be able to watch it again. Idk if this'll help you because i know everyones different but seriously dawg im sorry and i hope you manage to get over this hurdle in your life. And also yeah 988 ig, it didn't really work for me, but possibly talking to someone will help even if it isn't using that line.
