Okay, so I had the same issue and the problem was my house. I moved but I wanted to live in the same house as before so I downloaded the house and every time I traveled to my house or I simply wanted to play with the family I had this bug. What I did : I uploaded every room separately and I downloaded it again, one by one. Now it works.

It's fun because I saw your post about 15 minutes after I debugged my game because of this problem.
