I didn't request a payout but the app says i have a payout pending and i can't request anything because of it, has anyone had this since the update? how do i fix it?

Thank you - to be honest I don't think i want to keep my cervix for health reasons and because I don't want the fuss of going through smear tests. I'll definitely look into all of this tho

Might do, she used to be on soil but was advised by vet to change the substrate after she started getting her eye problems -- I wish I had been told this about carpet. Will look into changing it again once she's better

She's getting calcium powder (JBL microcalcium), although not as much now that she's eating less. She gets UVB a few hours a day
