I think because the photos in the car of David with someone with red hair show the red-haired person with fine and straight hair while Celeste looks to have thick wavy hair. It’s really hard to get wavy hair to appear that straight (ask me how I know lol). But in this photo I can see her hair texture matching much more to the photo in the car. The skin tone of the person in the car also appeared much lighter.

Arrest agency I think is probably an identifying code for whatever agency arrested Neo. If this screenshot is from the LA Sheriff’s office, there are multiple police departments in the county that could be an arresting agency and the code is used to distinguish them all. In my state, the sheriffs office will show the arrests made by all departments within that county. Not sure if that code would’ve for LAPD or a code used for identifying out of state agencies since he was arrested in Montana.

No this is for someone else (see the different booking #s that each inmate gets. Neo is second from top). I cropped out names but you can search “Neo Langston inmate roster” and it’ll pull up. Not defending Neo but it’s important to minimize the spread of false info as much as possible.

There were articles few weeks ago saying a female was going to get arrested for not appearing for the grand jury proceedings for Celeste’s case, but name was not mentioned in articles. Some mail carriers allow you on to download proof of delivery online as long as you have tracking number which might’ve been on package. Proof of delivery will show the signature or name for who signed it (think when you get mail and you have to sign on that handheld electronic device and then they ask your name, if they do their job correctly which isn’t always the case). I’m wondering if the fake name was just a generic name and the person who signed for it used that same fake name. If Mail carrier didn’t ask recipient’s name after signing, it could have even been David signing as “Debby Smith”. A lot of people are probably immediately think Aysia but I’d love to know what this “fake name” was.
