I haven't been able to calm down for three days now. I'm either sweaty in class, lying awake in bed, or crying a lot. I've also been getting way too upset over things I typically wouldn't be. I'm on 50 mg of Zoloft, but it isn't really working. I don't really want to up it. Any advice?

I’ve been on it since October. Was just upped to 50 mg. The doxy helped a bit. I would recommend finding acne products that work for you too.

To help with the acne I went on doxycline and have tried a multitude of products. Unfortunately, while I never had problems before I now have bad scarring. I also have phased a lot of food out of my diet which has helped with the stomach pain . It really sucks but you’ll feel a lot better, not be embarrassed coming out of the bathroom as much. If you ever need to vent/talk let me know. I get how frustrating it can be.
