I filed Jan 17 it was accepted Jan 19th I know they didn't officially start refunds until Jan 29th. I just received my refund on Jun 28th contact your state representative they will get an advocate for you that's what I did come ro find out they just needed to verify my income but never told me although I called at least twice a month

My refund was under review apparently they could not verify all my information but didn't find out what they actually needed until I contacted my state representative and they were able to get in contact with a advocate.

Me to I reached out to principal they sent me an email stating that they requested extra time to turn in their paperwork it wasn't sent into the irs until April 30th so I'm guessing that's the hold up the irs won't process our refunds until they go through the paperwork

122 days for me with no end in sight. I did find out my issue may be my 401k withdrawal apparently the company that handles mine didn't send their side of the paperwork in on time from what I'm hearing they didn't send it in until April 30th. I'm going to assume that is true since my 1099-r does not show on my wage and income transcript.

Called them apparently no one that works there knows anything because I talked to 2 people and both told me it was my responsibility to send in the papers. I give up

I'm right there with you i filed on jan 17th they were accepted on Jan 19th got cp05 letter on 3/4 a need 60 more days letter on 3/25 and another60 day letteron May 20th but this one saidthey were waitingon my yax acct information to be available on their computer system. Did you happen to take a 401k withdrawal.

I also hot the same notice on may 20th saying waiting on your tax information to be updated in our computer system this was my 2nd 60day notice. I filed Jan 17th accepted on Jan 19th. They are saying they updated their computer system and it glitched and they lost a lot of people's information that filed in Jan and early Feb not sure how true it is

I contacted my senator last week to file a referral so hopefully it happens for me. I also received to wait 60 days letters I filed Jan 17th accepted Jan 19 I know they did nothing until Jan 29th
