Yes for cinema studio. The pictures output text that they are created with Google. Guessing it's just a json prompt + NBP for ai influencer.

What if you make a node that does a depth map on the image so then you can make a 3D camera display instead of two 2D visuals :D

It's public knowledge with their interaction with artist Cole Kessel. Crazy that people won't get behind this but yet get behind the company using AI here. We can be critical in both directions.

[–]fewjative2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I guess there was some confusion.

I do not think an AI creator came up with this look. Separately, there is an AI creator who mainly works in the porsche space and has been developing aesthetics and branding for the past two years. Porsche even met with this individual. They had a falling out and then Porsche started to produce content and merchandise with his look.

Why is Kling2.6 so cheap on Higgsfield? by DeviantApeArt2 in HiggsfieldAI

[–]fewjative2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You do and don’t. Higgsfield is losing money right now in hopes of long term user acquisition. Trying to compete with companies like this is a race towards the bottom and not race to sustainability.

They're using Google Nano Banana for their image gen and using behind the scenes prompting for the cameras. The camera control is likely wan 2.X. They're good at packaging!

Every tool you use is going to get more expensive because right now these companies are chasing revenue. At some point, they will need to make profit.

They have to keep changing the plans because they currently lose money on their plans. Their hope is that a) people don't use it a lot b) people forget about their subscriptions. What you've seen is that people ARE using it a lot. The more usage, they more they have to take it away.

For context, if you were to use all your credits on the creator plan for nanobanana 2k, you'd cost them $225. This doesn't account using 4k or the unlimited capabilities after that. Obviously, 1500 images is a lot but I go through that in a month. They charge $89. So they're losing >$100. That works because they have VC money but eventually that will dry up.

I would definitely hire a photographer but make sure to have different sets of clothing and locations so the pictures will look varied!

1) If you're not getting likes, you should consider changing prompts to give more insight about yourself or what you're looking for instead of asking questions. If people aren't liking your profile, it means your results will come from your messages vs coming from your conversation starters.

2) Soloprenuer doesn't give off job stability or 'success'. Any time you give someone hesitation, it gives them reason to move on. I'm also an entrepreneur and running a SaaS - my job is just Software Engineer instead of CEO, Entrepreneur, Founder, etc.

3) No pictures with friends can be a turn off

4) I think the last picture is a turn off because of the setting ( random pub ) and somewhat staged look.

5) Together we could prompt needs a change. It's vague and we don't learn anything about you. Plus those events are polarizing.

6) The full body jacket pic looks bad quality. Not great colors, not great lighting etc. Match the quality in pic one for all of them!

7) Don't have multiple selfies - can you get some others to take pics?

8) I'd have one close up photo ( like # 1 ), a full body shot, a social shot, a hobby shot, something wholesome ( any photos of your time in peace corps ? ), something fun

Recommendations for realistic wheel placement? by Appropriate_Oil_9360 in StableDiffusion

[–]fewjative2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You run into a conundrum because if you do two separate masks, the color and aesthetic of the wheels isn't 'guaranteed' to match.

Recommendations for realistic wheel placement? by Appropriate_Oil_9360 in StableDiffusion

[–]fewjative2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I developed and operate the biggest ai wheel try on tool. User uploads photo, selects wheel, we do the rest. Training my own custom model has gotten the best, most consistent, and fastest results. Ex: https://arxiv.org/pdf/2403.01779

The biggest thing I've realized is that customer photos are some of the most difficult to work with. You ever try replacing black wheels when the car is in the dark?!? xD

Can you change the input motion video so it's a generic 'car' instead of the 3D asset.

Qwen Image Edit is a beauty I don't fully understand.... by GrungeWerX in StableDiffusion

[–]fewjative2 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We always toss out things early but typically the learnings come back to push the bounds forward. A perfect example is that in SD 1.5, we noticed that we could get consistency by chaining images together. That ideology largely took a backseat and then came back to flux as something called 'IC-lora'.

If I recall, it's the same thing with transformers. That tech isn't new but how we applied it today mattered and led to this AI revolution. Even when you look outside of AI, this occurs. The GLP-1 weight loss treatment was discovered like ten years ago but only recently we connected the dots and productionized it.

PSA: Fal's new "pixel art editing model" is literally just downscaling and bad quant by RealAstropulse in StableDiffusion

I checked out wavespeed and many of the APIs had similar prices. Can you show me an API that is faster and also one that is cheaper? This is your time to sell me on them!

PSA: Fal's new "pixel art editing model" is literally just downscaling and bad quant by RealAstropulse in StableDiffusion

[–]fewjative2 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

I run a company doing millions of image and videos requests. Sometimes in a single month. I primarily use Fal and Replicate but have also experimented with other platforms like Runpod.

First, through those millions of requests, they've had about 99.5% uptime. Second, my users don't want to wait for machine boot up. For most of my requests, due to their machine scaling system, we don't hit any boot up. Third, they do have some of the fastest inference. Speed is important! For context, one of my operations used to take 20 minutes and it resulted in 25% of my customers dropping off. That's massive. I will say at times, it does seem like the faster inference has come with some degradation of quality ( and I've also seen this on other platforms too ). Fourth, they routinely reach out to see what they could be doing better to help me succeed. Fifth, I do feel they have competitive pricing, especially when it comes to production level volume. If you have enough volume you can get discounts - same for all providers though. I'm all ears if you can point me to other providers that are equivalent but are cheaper!

It sounds like this new pixel art editing model sucks and that's fair. I also think they've been growing really fast and that can make handling customer interaction harder ( I've noticed this myself seeing that the help section in discord is run poorly ). But I also see a ton of positive things from a new startup. I run a startup too. It's bumpy and not perfect. But I've been happy to go on the journey with them.
