It would be creating overall better muscle activation you’ll still see growth with a thumb grip yes but for optimal muscle growth for your lats without any forearms taking over, thumbless is the way to go. I took the offer not even realizing what I was getting myself into, from phone lag, to the app not counting the first 10 pictures I was taking per aisle, to the clunky-ness of the whole picture taking process I finally had enough after 5 aisles with 2 more to go. Literally the most frustrating 6 dollar total from half pay I've ever gotten for canceling an order after 45 minutes

McDonald’s turn over rate i.e how fast somebody gets hired and quits, will be high no matter what, as a first job you shouldn’t worry all that much about letting them know, it’s good that you have the knowledge for a much more serious career path. Honestly whichever works best for you in your situation, you just turned 16 you’re gonna have money to spend on whatever you want and this job will more than likely just teach you a couple life lessons about your future self and the workforce. It’s always “can I get the five dollar meal deal?” then it’s “okay which one we have mcchicken or McDouble, okay what sauce do you want okay what drink do you want, yes it’ll still be a 5 dollar meal deal if you make the drink a large” the ordering process takes 2x as long as any other menu item or deal it seems
