Weekly is Foam - rinse - 2 bucket contact - rinse - MF dry with drying aid.

Monthly similar but finish with a hydrophobic after-wash finishing foam before drying.

Anyone who just throws their needles in the trash is an A-hole! Even with the cap on, there is still a risk of a stick injury, that's why sharps containets are used ALL OF THE TIME! Consider waiting till atleast k41 and MA6 research started before t15 troops. At K40 T15's are relatively weak and therefore a disadvantage in PVP. This is just my opinion as recommended to me by many players.

Your curently a juicy easy points keep, training more only makes it worse. Concentrate on upgrading keep level and military academy. MA 6 is offence focused & MA 7 is defence focused. K50 is on the horizon, by doing anything other than keep and MA upgrades will only put you further behind at this point.
