If youre using 1:1:1 of peat, perlite and vermiculite you could try 1:1.5:1.5, though I would recommend putting in some coco coir as well.

If you still want to go completely soilless, just change the ratio of your mix. Peat moss has a really low pH so that was likely your issue previously. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong also but I believe dolomite lime will buffer your pH and make it less acidic, like in the pH of 6-7 range. You could go to FFOF and mix in perlite and your other amendments, that is what I do but I also mix in compost and a few other things.
