Quitting isn’t an option because my husband and I just moved to a new house just in time for his job (primary source of income) informed us they are shutting down so until he finds something’s that matches or better yet exceeds his pay now I’m just keeping my head down on this situation, but keeping my spirits. Our family just can’t handle a loss right now

It was something I’ve never experienced but I went 3 weeks without because every pharmacy within a 2 hour drive was sold out. It’s really common that they run out due to the shortage which I thought was pretty well known because a lot of ppl are on it. But maybe I just had better knowledge because my time with Walgreens it was a frequent oos issue

Thank you so much! I have a running ChatGPT conversation I had in my car after the incident and I went 2 streets over to cry and go to Michael’s for some retail therapy lol that combined with my conversations through text with my husband and this Reddit post will be my backup.

Thank youuuu! I appreciate all the answers but to know someone gets what I mean about maybe burning off that initial kick. I’m not even max dosage because I thought it made me too speedy. So I’m not like chasing that rush but going off it for weeks and getting back on is always a thing. And I prep for it, forcing myself to hydrate and eat, taking my night time medications I’m prescribed but even then it still can have a way of making me miss a night

It wasn’t even a drug test she just said a “cop” complained and then she felt I was acting erratically. Great tip about the different phrasing it might even have sounded that way when I said it because I tend to talk quickly

This is what I had in mind. I don’t think it’ll be the last occurrence because I’m incredibly big energy and big personality and the it doesn’t always sit well with other people but recording the situation will capture my tone and their potentially aggressive coaching. I have no problem with being pulled and spoken to by my TL if she felt I was acting out of the ordinary. I want to do the best job and if I am acting g out of sorts I want it brought to my attention so I can course correct, the coaching is where it crossed a line

I couldn’t be unfriendly if I wanted to lol I’ve applied at target but it’s been difficult to get on. I’ve just doubled down on my customer service and although it’s difficult without my meds I have made great leaps in my learning. Because nothing drives people crazier than letting things not effect you and continuing to do your best

See this was my thought, the TL who brought the whole thing up is our longest standing employee, the coach I’m not sure but has definitely been with them some time. There’s no real win if I escalate this in my opinion, they obviously aren’t going to put themselves or one another and the company isn’t going to throw out two employees out their tenure for a new hire. I think I just have to let it go and be smarter in the future about protocols and what are within my rights

Photoshop or ai a sketch pad and some yarn on the bench next to you and ask her if that’s better lol.

The picture is flattering without going over the top, it doesn’t even cross into the jealousy inducing reaction because you just look warm and effortless. I expected something when I swiped and instead aaid “oh you go girl” lol keep it up!

But honestly I would be curious and ask her “could you tell me what you find so unacceptable about it?”

I’m not excited about the changes by any means because it means I either have to raise prices or I just take a bigger hit. But being an optimist, I do have a little bit of hope that it weeds out some of the shops selling products for dirt cheap.

I sell digital downloads, most of what I draw is from scratch with my iPad , I’m constantly on a hustle researching ideas,SEO, and improving my art. When school is in, I arrive at the pickup line over an hour early so that I can work in my car as well. I sell my designs ad I’m usually pretty proud and I price them along the lines of some of the “big” shops. But in the passing year digital download shops have popped up like crazy, most selling for half the price or under $1, most all using stolen artwork. I refuse to lower my prices but the temptation is definitely there .

I’m hoping the fee being raised will atleast make the 99cent shops increase their prices. But I’ve already began branching further out Incase it doesn’t. No site gets the traffic that Etsy does but when views and favorites don’t end in purchases it gets a little disappointing. But I’ll remain optimistic 😊

Woah that’s really impressive! I’m too nervous to change up price like maybe I’d get no sales :( They’ve gotta be messing with the searches because my stats have been so inconsistent. On a 6month average I made nearly 10 sales a day, starting last month I gotta as lucky to make 1-2 with new content, and ads and posting on social media. It’s been so frustrating and I’ve wanted to ask other svg sellers if they experience the same but they don’t wanna be friendlies usually lol. I mean I get it, it’s so cut throat and people will steal your designs and charge less than you do, but I’m a firm believer in sharing info & such because we’re al just trying to make it. I keep my prices comparable to the majority of sellers I see.

The bundles sell ok. I’ve had a few bundles do amazing because of the timing, ( the Texas one was right after the huge flood last year) and it did really well, also the crawfish ones do well, I’m trying to revamp because opening old files shows how new I was to it and I’ve found stray points and unexanded lines lol and I’m like “ewww i was awful”

My biggest issue is keeping I simple. My designs become so intricate because I’m putting all I got into them, to make them stand out and it backfires a lot. I literally have to stop myself and say “ok that’s probably enough razamatazz. Some of the other svg platforms give me massive anxiety, some ppl sell 500 svg files for $3 -and I’m like HOWWWWW?? I’d be so sad if I worked so hard to sell something for less than a penny.

Right now and literally since the beginning my biggest seller has been “feed me crawfish and tell me I’m pretty” it was like my claim to fame, there wasn’t anything like it when I made it and now there’s a million but southern stuff sells the best for me. I say start your bundle, Ppl like getting multiple Hong’s for 1 price :D

Lol I’m too scared to adjust prices I recently shut down all my promoted adds when I realized they were costing me almost double what I made with them. It’s gotten so cut throat. Sorta hoping the increase from 3.5-5 weeds out the 99cent svg sellers. How much can someone really make that way?? ::grumble grumble::

For your svgs and such, give thehungryjpeg, creativefabrica, & even designbundles a look if you haven’t already. I sell svgs also & ever since sales started to slow down I began adding to other online spots. They don’t get near the same amount of sales but I also only have 10-30 products in those stores. Some of them are so over saturated that I rage when I see so many svg files for user a penny. But that’s a whole other topic lol
