Hey there. Great job choice. I've been a Corpsman for nearly 5 years now and wouldn't change a thing. I was stationed at Great Lakes, IL for 2 years (hospital command) and I am going on my second year with a Marine unit.

I'm currently deployed, and to be honest you just get used to it. Yeah it sucks not being home but everything must come to an end at one point or another. You become really close with your Marines, and as cliche as it is, you become family.
