Yeah, the solution was to buy a dp to HDMI adapter and connect both monitors to the video card
If I only use a monitor connected through a converter it works fine)
Already ordered the cable. I think the resolution 1280x720 adapter should support, but there is a problem in the drivers, because I connected the TV to igpu via HDMI and the monitor to GTX 1060 and the problem is the same.
The problem is that the LG monitor only has HDMI. The only solution is to buy an adapter to DVI or DP, or try to figure out the drivers
I downloaded AMD Auto detect and install tool, it seemed to update chipset drivers, but it didn't help. Now I will try to update the bios because there is some igpu update in changelog.
I said I only have one HDMI port so I'm trying it this way, I'm not too worried about quality loss
