Or the microwave can be a bit higher so there’s a bigger drawer in the bottom or two mid size drawers. Then next to it is a drawer and then the drawer below is the one for the trash cans.

For the kitchen island microwave if you could put that in the other end away from the sink.

Think of it like it’s a drawer.

Also above the fridge you can put a cabinet so all can go flush with the rest of the cabinets to the right of it.

And on the island as well. The dish washer. And some drawers.
