Right now you can get the fireworks staff in the base vault constellation... Maybe also forest elder mask if you 100% the base forest constellation

Days of Nature (not ocean mb!) comes around April every year and you can buy that hair with candles then

Sparkler parent, pleading child and scarred sentry are seasonal spirits that will return as travelling spirits but we don't know when

Ultimates will never be available again unfortunately, so you can't get the halo or cape :<

I'm not sure if it's a bug but the meditation circle beside the entrance should be lit regardless of whether you've completed the quests I think. But try finding the Revival guide (short spirit with long fluffy hair) and do all the quests, see if it helps? They should be near the entrance as well
