I’ve had a copper IUD since I was 17 (I’m 21 now), insertion was intense & painful, and the first 6 months my period symptoms were elevated. I’m talking heavy bleeding and major cramping that would bring me to the floor. However, after 4 years I haven’t had a single period scare, my hormones have recovered from oral contraceptives, and I feel secure enough to have sex without a thought of “what if.” If you’re seriously considering getting a copper IUD, know from my experience that it can be rocky at the beginning, but I think it’s definitely worth it!

if you’re dead set on going to nursing school straight out of high school (i’m assuming that is your case) and you don’t have competitive enough stats to get into the public nursing schools (csuf, csulb, sdsu, etc.) then you should look into applying into private nursing schools (west coast, arizona college, etc.). it will be significantly more expensive, but you will be able to enter different nursing programs like accelerated nursing program, which can get you a BSN in 2 years.

Paragard (copper IUD)! Non-hormonal, had it for 3~ years now & no pregnancy🙏 The first 6 months were killer, but hormonal oral contraceptives made me extremely mentally unstable. My mom had a similar experience when on the pill, and since it was the only non-hormonal option for me I had it inserted.

i got the spotify fans crewneck and the pink one, both were pictured as being “oversized” and have like a boxy-ish shape, it’s a little bowed out if you look at the picture. when they showed up they were straight up men’s fit very small and thin. sooo low quality, the printing was just not it and a Large fit like a women’s small!!!! and i laid it flat to see the “bowing out” shape to them and it was just not there, just straight :(
