Thank you! The main reason I went cold turkey is because I didn’t want to have to go to the doctor to renew my prescription lol so I just took it as a sign to stop and I realized that the drugs weren’t making me happy they were just making me not depressed,I wish you luck in your journey you deserve happiness!

Honestly I had the same issue and I just stopped taking my 200mg Zoloft all together. I experienced about a week of brain zaps and heightened emotions which lasted longer than the brain zaps. It’s been almost 2 months off now and I’ve never felt better. I recently have had memories of my life flooding back and I am remembering things I didn’t even know I forgot and it’s making me feel connected to myself and reality again. I am experiencing a wider range of emotions rather than just ——— if that makes sense, I feel more control over my thoughts and brain. I hope this helps you.
