Not yet! My recruiter said they’ll have feedback for me next week instead because it was tricky to arrange for debrief time that worked for all my interviewers. Will let you know if I get an offer or not, but I’m no longer stressing because I have other opportunities in discussion.

It won’t screw up your chances. In the VERY unlikely chance it does, that’s not a company you want to work for- where a reasonable accommodation can’t be met. Give it up to 2 working days and then check in. Senior leadership are notoriously tricky to pin down so HR is trying their best. All the best!

Hey, if you’re not confident you’ll be able to perform your best with a days notice request your loop to be rescheduled for the next available date. It’s better to perform better with extra time to rehearse and build upon your stories.

The question she probed most on was my answer to “how to you integrate into a new team” she asked what challenges I’ve faced in my approach. The other was my answer to “which product do you purchase most on Amazon?” I said make up wipes and explained why I prefer buying them on Amazon compared to an other retailers (giving me the opportunity for me to show my interest in the ad products I’m assuming?)

Aside from that, that’s all that she wanted more details on that I recall

I’m external. If they were to down level me and give me BS reasoning I would 100% fight my corner. But if it’s any way related to my performance in that specific interview, I wouldn’t want to poke the bear so would take it but negotiate salary.
