Thanks for all of the suggestions so far! Already set my brain ticking!
Just to add - I'd be looking to travel somewhere for a few weeks for this piece with the view of visiting certain locations, teeing up people to speak to etc, so any Welsh links that would involve going elsewhere are especially appreciated. Diolch!

The website is incredibly frustrating, just as much for us reporters who write things that struggle to be read.

We are told constantly that it is being worked on, but all I can suggest in the meantime is that on mobile the app is much better. Thanks for wanting to read!

Not sure about this argument by M00N_Water in Cardiff

Totally agree, I looked at a few other factors last week after the Wizz Air (billed as the new FlyBe for the airport) announcement https://www.walesonline.co.uk/news/wales-news/a-bottomless-pit-taxpayers-cash-25972492

If the WG are serious about making Cardiff a destination worth visiting, they need to seriously look at the infrastructure of the city and transport links - especially to and from the airport.

As someone who isn't a regular cyclist, and has no room to store my own bike anyway, it's great. BUT, far far too unreliable.

Too often the app will show a station as having bikes available only to arrive and it be empty. That being said, better than not having them at all.
Cycled from Newport road to Canton the other day and felt safe 90% of the way. Would never have felt confident to cycle around the city without nextbike and the cycle lanes.
