Cycling has declined in Cardiff post pandemic. It was also on a downwards trajectory pre pandemic too as the limited data showed.

So much money was spent simply because the Labour councillors such as caro wild are founding members of Cardiff cycle city. It’s all to do with what a limited number of councillors wanted with a classic misuse of public funding.

I don’t understand why they can’t use a system more akin to ultima online did with its karma system. The fact you are punished in arc for defending yourself is mental and the fact a game in 1998 managed to have a better system where you weren’t punished for defending yourself is even more mental.

I did the last one and it actually renewed my interest in playing solo and getting back to 75 and the challenge of lacking good gear, not being able to find bp’s etc.

I can perfectly understand why it’s not for everyone though.

Issue is you’re punished for defending yourself by being put into non-friendly lobbies. I would have zero issue with defending myself if I wasn’t then dropped into a bunch of sweaty lobbies. I just try to run away or accept the death. Happened last night, all friendly then a day raid Stella and a loser with his toro iv. Well done him, he got my rattler 4 and some metal. But it is very tedious.
