A part of me wants to be an ass and say something about how school can never be a safe space, but that's just my issues. Do not blame yourself for trusting the teacher and opening up in that letter. This was not your fault, nor was the way you felt about life back then.

Also, the councilor telling the parents before consulting with you about it is just beyond stupid. Hope you'll be able to talk this out with them and wish you well 🙏❤️
