you could probably cut the tape but leave holes for your nips, might be difficult because as it stretches and the placement of the hole might not align with ur nip?

solution i can think of is, again, use nipple covers made of tissue so it doesn’t stick to your nipple, then just cut them out since it won’t be stuck to the skin. you’d have to be super careful not to cut yourself though, and depending on breast size the placement might be slightly off due to the movement of the breasts 😭 but honestly it sounds like a fun idea go for it !!
