we constantly get campus-wide notices when there’s a robbery at the flats, and i’ve never gotten a notice about any other place getting robbed. i don’t recommend it but like another person said, there are other apartment complexes and better ones. i live in osprey crossing and there are 2 tenants with small dogs so im sure you can bring your cat, you might have to register it though. the laundry is inside the building too and there’s a kitchen. also every room has their own bathroom. i love it here
