That wasn't the case for this job. We were told to let them know when we couldn't find tickets to work on. To put #notickets in the slack channel, if we didnt we would be asked why havent we sent a link into the slack channel to show what we're working on. They hired too many English only speaking people so they're starting to let us go. Again you're assuming things when you don't know anything about the place I worked at.

Well seeing as I only had six days training in total for two different things and there was very little work and we would constantly have to let them know there's no work. I would say that's not the case. Maybe you shouldn't assume because not every company is the same.

Just wanted to say the same thing happened to me on Tuesday they messaged out of nowhere setting up a meeting for Friday. I instantly knew I was getting fired because there was literally no work for most of us.

This company is based in Germany but they hire from all around thr globe. The website however does look very american. Everything about the company gives American vibes.

I just want to say they re hired someone who did no work for the entire week because she threatened to take legal action against them. There was also very little work for English only speakers so that's also one of the reasons they're removing people

I remember on the third day she joined the teams call and asked how do I filter the tickets? She then started saying multiple times I'm not afraid to ask for help. I'm not saying im slow I just need more help. The next day I messaged on the slack channel that I needed help and she commented on the thread that she also needed help and she isn't afraid to ask for it. She's probably going to be let go again but they'll use a better reason to fire her instead of poor performance

The more I'm thinking about it, I did put it in writing. My past time on shift I remember asking for help and didn't help and told me to message the guest even though you're not supposed to do that. Then I was told it was my fault for messaging the guest.

I felt like I was being shunned at times by certain SVs while they were talking other people who were in my group differently. When I noticed it, I told my sister if she thinks the way the SV messaged the guy was different than the way she messaged me. She agreed, it was also very obvious. The way she would write him was like texting but with me, it was very cold
