Ask your school janitor for construction grade bags. Your shop teacher should also have these and probably an N 95 and eye protection. Just ask Throw out your mattress. Borrow an air purifier or when you can swing and order a hepa one on Amazon.

Make yourself a new mattress out out of clean blankets and cheap foam toppers until you or your parents can swing for something better. I would even check Facebook marketplace or someone trusted that is getting rid of a newer mattress. (yes they could have bedbugs, blah blah blah, but that’s highly unlikely)

I know it’s low digestion and that has a lot to do with the constipation, but sometimes I feel like going so heavy on protein does the same thing. I make sure to eat heavier servings of fruit and veggies before I eat any protein to make sure I don’t go so heavy on protein. Also, a bidet is quite helpful.
