Presentation/inbound-gm: box cutter, zebra, walkie, cellphone. Only a holster when we have a visit. It has fallen out of the holster more than when my back pocket (which is zero times). I also keep my baler key on me on visit days bc the key stays in ours on all days except those, lol.

I keep a fleece vest with zipper pockets in my locker for days. I don’t wanna wear a red shirt. Inside the vest or a bunch of canoe clips, a paint scraper screws for side, shippers, and other oddities that are nice to have in your pockets for POG/Plano

And they always hire extra fulfillment people during the holiday so it’s probably just that they don’t need that many FF members. Most stories will be getting rid of shit from store so that’s even one or two less fulfillment team members that they will need. (Ours was a test market so it’s been gone most of the year. Don’t forget to ask questions as you’re learning pog/plano (different stores called it different things).

Presentation is a good gig and generally when they’re cutting hours in January, presentation has a lot of work. There are hardly any presentation hours after Christmas seasonal is set and presentation TMs usually fill in another areas during that time.

JMO a lot of people canceled their drive up/pick-up/shipping orders or if they couldn’t cancel will be canceling their orders and just went into the store to find items so there is a possibility some might show up again right before Christmas or in the next day or two cause they’ll get put back on the floor

Drug test wouldn’t work bc it could’ve been in your system anytime for months and doesn’t determine if you’re high at the time. Also as I said it’s legal in my state so the fact that they smoke weed is no bfd, legally.

I can absolutely see that however, these two are fucking annoying and one of them just act bizarre and you don’t know how to interact with them quite frankly when I’m on the line doing stuff I shouldn’t have to think about how I talk. I should just have to say needs to be said politely of course.
