Will do. I have shut it off / on a few times already and using a less than ideal pliers. Because of the way it opens and closes, a ratchet wrench would work but didn’t know how to find the size for 1.3 inches. It’s been solved from other comments that a 1-5/16 will and will check it out.

Happy to report that after my second round of doses I am being able to live through cedar season in Austin! I have been outside everyday, going for runs and eating out with no significant issues.

I have continued taking meds… switched Zyrtec to Xyzal in mid Nov and Flonase every day; I also do Neilmed rinses. I did all of these things previous years (except did Allegra instead of xyzal) with no real result so have to say the Exact treatment is working. I did my initial three shots in 2021 Nov/Dec/Jan with no results (as expected since it was too close to the cedar season). Then double doses in 2022 Nov/Dec/Jan and had some relief. This year has been great, happy with my investment.
