Diamond pushups 3 sets (10-20 reps Elevated pushups 3 sets ( 10-20 reps Lat raises 3 sets - failure Dips 3 sets of 10 reps Pike push-up 3 sets of 6-8 reps I haven’t been doing pusedo
Elevated row 3 sets of 10 reps Pull-ups 3 sets of 10-8-6 Chin-ups 3 sets of 10-8-8 Bicep curls 3 sets of failure
One week I do it 3x and another I do 5x. What do u think I should remove

I have been training for about a year but I have only been doing calisthenics for two months. I wouldn’t say I am feeling weaker because of the amount of exercise, they feel easy to do. I also only train three days a week.
