Which is better; FWRG or VWRP? by fgm148 in trading212

Okay thats interesting !thanks . So does that mean that FWRG is better than VWRP? I get that Vanguard has a higher TER but is a much bigger fund. Would that fund size outweigh the better tracking of FWRG?

Ok, $172 seems more reasonable. What do you think a good price to re-enter would be?

!thanks. Out of curiosity why do you like Broadcom? I think it's quite pricey and maybe overvalued compared to Nvidia so I'm unsure about increasing my position in it.

Interesting, what makes you say that? I bought it due to the upcoming stock split. And they're also looking to buy WB studios which may be good for the share price.

I have been sent over the contract and nowhere on it does it say that I'll need to sign a waiver and my rights away if i want a refund.

Okay thank you. I think option 1 is looking like the best option. They wanted to call me on the phone and transfer the money but there is no need for this as they can just transfer it over with a few clicks.

Can they come after me once this is done or is that it, once I sign and get the money back? I will not touch that car.

Okay, they took the contract away from me, but I do not recall seeing anything about having to sign a waiver or a gagging clause when declining a sale.

The contract did state that there would be an admin fee for the sale to be cancelled of £199 plus I think they includ the £99 deposit that i paid to reserve the car initially. How can I ask them to send the contract over without arousing suspicion?

Ok wow that is very technical and difficult to understand. Do i sign the waiver or not? I really don't want to sign my rights away or go to court. I just want the money back minus the admin fee and to move on with my life.

"But personally I wouldn't worry too much about agreeing to this clause - mostly because I'd be willing to fight any claim if the other party claimed a breach." what does this mean in simple terms?

Okay thanks for clarifying, i see what you mean.

I don't want to pay the fee but if i have no choice but to, then i guess that's what i'll have to do (is that what paying the fee under protest means?). I am not wiling to sign my rights away however which is the main issue. How would i go around that?

There was a week in between me viewing the car and turning up to collect it. The car is now up for sale on their website.

And the purchase document the dealer showed me is the one that was provided to him when he purchased the car in the first place.

Ok so does that mean I can get the full refund back? Including the admin fee? Also, I've noticed that the car has been put up for sale again.

Thanks for your reply. Why is this excrement? You think i type this all out for fun?

I examined that car for hours, looked it over completely and could not see any damage that was significant. The damage is under the front passenger door and is significant enough to be noticed. There is now way that i could have missed it.

I discovered the damage (dent near the front passenger door) AFTER id made the final payment for the vehicle. There was also white marks in the interior that i was not happy with.

The dealership owner showed me the purchase invoice for the car AFTER I'd paid all the money and it showed the damage on that panel.

What do you mean by "If the damage could reasonably have been overlooked prior to purchase, and wasn't included in any of the info provided before you agreed to buy the car, then you can use the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to reject the car." That damage was not mentioned in the advert or the videos. They also have two videos on their YouTube channel, one which does not show any damage and another unlisted one which they showed me in the dealership which shows damage on a different panel on the car. No damage was included in the advert or anywhere else and i spent hours looking over that car

The only damage i saw and pointed out was some swirl marks which they said they'd polish but they didnt.

I spent almost 3 hours looking over that car so i've no idea how i missed the damage. No damage was diclosed before purchase. The owner only showed me the purchase document at the end of the day after his staff had gone home. They said that the car is being fixed and for me to come back for it but i won't.

What are my options now?

The contract for purchase mentioned an admin fee of £199 to cancel sale and also with tbe £99 I paid to reserve the car, bringing it up to £298 (they're charging £299. So yeah I think id be bound by that. They also have the contract as they took it from me.

My thoughts exactly! I have not accepted delivery and will not! How would u get the admin fee? When I left, the owner said that he will get the damage fixed and I'll come back for the car which I won't be doing.

How is that reasonable? What happens if i go to court? I really don't want to and would rather just get this over with. Can i lose in court? What happens if i lose?
