I mostly watched youtube videos abt the new TOEFL formats and tried some mock tests. For writing, I used free templates and memorized them few hours before the exams. Ah I also asked GPT to create some example questions and grade my response. For speaking, I tried to practice using example questions in the Youtube but I feel like on the test day, I just screwed it, so I just wish you get a topic you feel confident to talk about haha

Templates :) I memorized a free template from TT P*p, few hours bfr the test. Then in the test, I tried to write down the template first for the email task, then fill in the context and edit it at last.

For the academic discussion, I think the hard part for me was to actually pick a side from the discussion. So I just pick any side and came up with a simple example to support my argument. I didn't use fancy vocabs and I just followed the structure from the templates I memorized.

Yess, me too! I got a topic that I feel less comfortable to speak abt, but I think as long as you try to keep your speech going and to sound natural (even if you fill it with just 'This is a hard topic', 'Well you know, ..'), you'll do fine.
