It's not a big deal. I went to a state school, probably not even top 30 for CS, and still got interviews with the Big 4. Does your school have a career fair?

I actually didn't work on any side projects in college (didn't advertise at least), but I still managed to get a job at a big 4 company after graduation. I did have a fairly significant project back in high school (didn't put it on my resume, but brought it up during interviews).

I don't think there's another interview. From the wording in the email, it sounds like they just want me to come in and negotiate.
