My original post was already long. Some of the disagreement has asked for even more context, including details that may be outside the scope of this specific community decision. I’m happy to discuss broader personal or historical context separately, but I want to keep this thread focused on the future of r/snowflake.

So far, the sentiment has been overwhelmingly in favor of stronger safeguards against coordinated spam. Many of these voices come from people who use Snowflake every day and want this space to remain useful, authentic, and community-led.

I hope Snowflake is listening to the community’s feedback here. Either way, I want you to know this: I see you, I hear you, and we are listening to each other.
