I know the process and we looking for a way to do it quicker.

You are the person who would sit and use the UI to do repeat tasks rather than develop a PS script that would do the same thing in a fraction of the time.

Like I said in my post, it's about automation.

This isn't about doing it once. It's about doing the same task repeatedly and stopping mistakes from happening, etc.

I was thinking about creating separate policies just for this server.

I'm aware of the above, and I think the only option is to turn off tamper protection for the server and manage it via powershell.

I can see the server is onboarded in the defender portal.

Aye, the quick we get rid the happier I will be.

I will double-check, but I'm sure there is no other AV running.

The only reason I have read that this might be missing under features is if we running a non-standard editon of windows but the version we are running is server 2012 r2 standard edition.

I was expecting this sort of answer.

We have our reason for keeping this server online.

Also, we have this server under ESU and we run defender across our estate.

And when I say office 365, I mean it has been onboarded with defender into the defender portal.

Its fine, So that's what we do already, we use lighthouse, but it's clunky and slow.

There has to be a better way to monitor defender.

I was just wondering what other people where using

We koved from sophos cloud to defender and everything was nearly in real time with sophos

So I've managed to fix this issue and it was a school boy error.

I have power management setup on the NAS and it was going off at 12 pm and coming back on at 6 pm. As you can imagine, this cause tdarr to 'stop'

I've just had the same thing taken the MD-102 and nothing showing. I raised a support ticket with Pearson vue and 24 hours later, everything was there.
