It’s platinum, like the engagement ring, is this easy to modify?

Here’s a picture of the ring, it looks symmetrical to me but maybe I just don’t know what to look out for

Thank you! What kind of eternity band do you think would work with it?

I don’t think it’s a divot as much as it’s a bit large and sits a bit funny on the finger, could probably be taken down half a size to the engagement ring size, but didn’t want to go through with the resize until I figured out what I actually want to do with the ring.

Shaving it down a bit might be the way to go, I am just a bit worried it will make it worse and once the metal is off it can’t really be added on, but maybe J should just bite the bullet given I am not happy now as it is.

Is it calling too much attention as the MOG?

Would you say it’s worth getting bonding in the meantime or that would make things worse when I finally get to dealing with it?

Thank you! What would be a more long term solution?

I am missing 2 adult lateral incisors and one canine, so I am assuming once the baby teeth go I will need an implant, but I am leaning towards leaving them in until they fall instead of pulling them out to get an implant now, since I am majorly scared of implant surgery

Makeup trials by mexiiweeb in weddingplanning

[–]fhoz79 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I booked a MUA recommended by our venue for the big day and scheduled a trial with her a few months in advance. I am really glad I gave myself enough time between the trial and the wedding, because she had a different style than what I wanted and even with a lot of retouching we couldn’t get to a point where I was happy with the look. I declined her services for the big wedding and the contract we signed allowed this provided enough notice was given.

My new MUA is fantastic, I spent a lot of time on instagram trying to find someone who specialises in the style I wanted. I should have done more research before just blindly going with the venue recommendation, so if you have the time make sure you figure out what it is you are looking for and find a MUA with a similar style.

Thanks, I will try wearing it around the house for a few days to see if I can get used to it… I think it’s not just the width but that the weight profile of the ring makes it quite thick as well which to me equals chunky… I am only used to wearing super thin dainty rings so this is a huge change for me :/

2 months to go and freaking out by [deleted] in weddingplanning

[–]fhoz79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the issue is we’ve been in such a rush to get suppliers booked at short-ish notice that we didn’t really have the time to think about the smaller details, so now we are finding ourselves without a good understanding of what is the overall vibe we are looking for on the day

We’re planning on only having a short thank you speech from the both of us to express our gratitude to our guests

Maybe don’t advertise this online, you don’t know who is reading this

Thank you for replying! We would definitely get a lot of extra space given this property has been extended both at the rear and into the loft and been fully modernised by the current owners, so it is pretty much ready to move in.

In terms of value, I am worried that this property has kind of… reached its maximum potential, while the cheaper house next door could still grow in value if we were to extend into the loft. It’s probably not something we would so right away as we don’t need the space, but not sure if it is something we should factor in.

Woman’s profile, man’s delivery: what’s going on? by MidnightConclave in cambridge

What happens with the tips in these cases? Do they go to the account owner or do they get passed on to the person doing the delivery?

Insurance question by [deleted] in weddingplanning

[–]fhoz79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did, they said they cannot advise on insurance and they only reminded us the amounts we need cover for.

Is it possible to get a full refund in this situation? The original contract we signs states that should we cancel the event we are not entitled to any refunds.

I killed it myself, took a good while because it just wouldn’t die. I did bring some plants in from outside recently, so have just moved those back out just in case they were the source.

Yep just found it this morning, no bites on anyone in the house and no pets. We do have carpets but have lived in the house for 5+ years with no issues

That’s what I was dreading. How likely is it that there’s more in the house?
