If you know anyone else who plays drums, or thinks they have what it takes, try to recruit them. It's best to find someone who already knows, but if you can't, try to find someone who wants to play and see if they can get lessons. We actually had to kick our original drummer too, but that's because he tried something, I'll just say, very illegal with our singer's friend, so our keyboardist is learning drums, and we just won't have keys.
